Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Please note that custom, personalized, or handmade items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
